Effective Date: 16 July 2026
Ensemble IP (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides this privacy policy to describe how we collect, use, and share the personal information of individuals who (a) visit our websites at www.ensembleip.com, www.quartet.pro, or www.duetip.ai, or any other website that links to this privacy policy (the “Sites”), or (b) use, or are authorized by our customers to use, our Quartet and Duet software products, or engage us to perform our patent search and consulting services (collectively, the “Services”), whether as an employee, contractor, or other individual user acting on a customer’s behalf, or as an individual customer (each, an “Authorized User”).
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Customer Data or Confidential Information, meaning the data our customers or their Authorized Users submit to, or generate through their use of, the Services (for example, the substantive content Authorized Users create, upload, or process within the Services, or the invention disclosures, technical materials, and other information Customer submits in connection with a patent search or consulting engagement). Customer Data and Confidential Information are governed by our agreement with the applicable customer (e.g., the Subscription License Agreement, Trial Evaluation Agreement, or Terms and Conditions for Patent Search & Consulting Services), not by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy covers personal information about individuals, including Authorized Users’ own name, business contact details, and log-in and account information.
